Dr. Matt Helfrich Jr. O.D.

Dr. Helfrich Jr. graduated from The Ohio State University of Optometry in 2009. From there he worked with the Ohio Veterans. In 2009 he also teamed with his father at Matthias Helfrich O.D. Inc. Dr. Helfrich Jr. has volunteered his time and services at school screenings. He specializes in treating adults and children of all ages along with dry eye treatment, diabetic eye exams, and custom fit contact lenses. In his spare time he enjoys playing ice hockey, snowboarding, and wine-making.

Dr. Matt Helfrich Sr. O.D.

Dr. Helfrich Sr. graduated from The Ohio State University of Optometry in 1983. He has been serving the Elyria Community and surrounding areas for over thirty years. He is a member of the Elyria Rotary Club, and loves to volunteer his time to health fairs, school screenings, and autism awareness events. He specializes in treating adults and children of all ages.

Dr. William F. Wiley, M.D.

Dr. Wiley graduated from Medical college of Ohio in 1998. He began  co - managing with Dr. Helfrich as our onsite ophthalmologist in 2008. Dr. Wiley has pioneered many eye surgeries in the Northeast Ohio area. He was the first Cleveland physician to implant the Tecnis aspheric and ReZoom  multifocal intraocular lenses available for cataract surgery.  He specializes in cataract and laser eye surgery. To date, Dr. Wiley has performed over 10,000 cataract and refractive surgical procedures.
